Theatr Clwyd to run open-air season
Season will run for a month from August 27
Theatr Clwyd is following the performance route favoured by near-neighbour Chester Storyhouse with plans to stage open-air performances from August 27.
The shows will take place next to the theatre until September 27, with the usual distancing measures, so capacity will be limited.
Featured will be a preview of a new comedy by Tim Price, English on September 6, plus performances from Welsh musical theatre stars in Welsh of the West End on September 19 and an evening of spoken word and soul music with Alex Wright and Phil Grainger on September 4-5.
There will also be live concerts.
