Katie McGlynn - best known as Sinead Tinker in Coronation Street - will heads the cast of Cinderella at Liverpool's Epstein Theatre (December 5-January 4, 2026). And TV and West End star Kevin Duala is set to join the cast as Cinders' best friend, Buttons.
Katie won a National Television Award for her Corrie role in 2020 and in 2021 showed off her dancing skills on Strictly Come Dancing. She has since appeared in Hollyoaks and in Kay Mellor’s The Syndicate for BBC One. On stage, she recently starred in Peter James’ touring production of Wish You Were Dead.

Kevin spent years in Starlight Express in London, moving into TV to host Children's show Blue Clues and most recently as a reporter for the BBC's One Show, as well as hosting a daily morning show on BBC Radio Merseyside.
They will be joined on the Epstein stage by Liverpool panto royalty Leanne Campbell, who will be waving her magic wand over the Regal Entertainments show as the Fairy Godmother. Actor and presenter Leanne started her acting career at the age of 10 and has played many leading roles in musicals and plays, including Me and My Girl, Carousel, The Sound of Music and Scrooge. Recent productions include The Salon, The Salon the Sequel and Achy Breaky Bride. Her many panto appearances include five years at the Liverpool Empire and six consecutive years at the city’s M&S Bank arena.
The pantomime forms part of the Epstein's inaugural autumn season, which will launch with a gala night on September 19.
The Grade II listed landmark, which closed its doors in June 2023, now has new leaseholders and a new management team, which is promising a busy programme of entertainment.
