The National Lottery's support has allowed theatres nationwide to offer two tickets for the price of one at selected performances of many plays and shows.
The initiative will, it is hoped, encourage people to support their local theatres across the UK as they recover from the massive impact of Covid-19.
Liverpool Everyman is one of them: new play Cherry Jezebel by Jonathan Larkin. Bookers get another ticket free when they buy a full-price to see the play on March 8-12 at 7.30pm, March 15 at 5.30pm and March 16, 22 and 23 at 7.30pm.
The promotion is available to anyone who plays the National Lottery and possesses a ticket or other proof of purchase for a game. The offer is subject to availability.
The National Lottery is subsidising over 180,000 tickets as part of a Love Your Local Theatre campaign at theatres across the UK, as a thank you to players who raise £30m a week for good causes, including the arts and theatre.
